UNION COSMETIC s.r.o., company identification number (IČO) 259 65 841, with its registered office at Za tratí 975, 503 46 Třebechovice pod Orebem, hereby makes available documents relating to the proposed domestic merger by acquisition with UC TRADE CZ s.r.o., company identification number (IČO) 259 51 416.
Under the proposed merger, UC TRADE CZ s.r.o. will be the dissolving company and UNION COSMETIC s.r.o. will be the successor company, to which the assets and liabilities of the dissolving company will pass. The merger will take legal effect only upon its entry in the Commercial Register.
